As far as I am aware, the true final figure has yet to be released.... but $9,000,000 is lot of cash!

New Zealand media today reported that Fat and Thin shareholders had put the company into voluntary liquidation owing $1.4 million to creditors. Since 2006, Fat and Thin Productions has been working on a film based on the life of World War 2 double Victoria Cross recipient Captain Charles Upham. The movie hit a snag in July when pre-production on the $18 million film was halted because of lack of funds.
