The VC to Mr George CHICKEN (1858, Indian Mutiny) was sold on 26 October 2006, for £48,000 by Morton & Eden.

In memory of Private Henry George BLATCHFORD, 40730, 6th Btn KOYLI. KIA 22/8/1917 age 40. Born in Somerset, lived in Bristol, Died in Belgium.

Also in memory of Stoker 1 Class, Alfred George COOLE, 148601 RN served 1889-1911 & 1914-1915. Died at home 28th August 1915.

Private Walter COOLE, 5203, 1/6th Btn Gloucestershire Reg. Died of disease 10th January 1917 on the Somme. Nephew of Alfred.
